I assume the problem here is that obscure tye dye pollution, however it could be that you haven't provided for alternative modes of transportation. Covered bicycle parking could improve the situation.

It is just so tempting to abandon the real estate business (at least temporarily) right now. However I’ll look into your ideas. Thanks
